Primary Duties Include: |

The position is responsible for all aspects of network engineering including design, engineering, configuration, test planning/development, test execution/analysis, performance optimization, and training. |

Network architecture development, configuration, and testing in a laboratory environment. |
| - |
Testing execution and analysis of protocols and various applications to prepare of technical evaluation and recommendations reports and briefings. |

Requirements |
| - |
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in Computer Science, Communications, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline is required; Advanced Degree desired. |

In depth knowledge of TCP/IP and other protocols including routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc) and IPv6. |
| - |
Experience with CISCO routers and test equipment such as IXIA, Agilent network testers. |

Experience and/or Working knowledge in: |
| - |
IPSEC, VPN, Network Security; |
| - |
enhancements such as multi-cast, QOS techniques, bandwidth and path reservation techniques; and |
| - |
Heterogeneous networking components along with knowledge of routing/ switching involving MPLS, VLANs, ATM, Frame relay and optical carriers. |

US Citizenship is required; TS/SSBI security clearance is desired, candidates must be willing to submit to a full Government background investigation and polygraph examination. |
